Culture Rebranded

↣ Company

Regeneron is a leading biotechnology company that invents life-transforming medicines for people with serious diseases. Regeneron's unique ability to repeatedly and consistently translate science into medicine has led to nine FDA-approved treatments and numerous product candidates in development.

↣ Highlights

Emerging from the desperate need for connection and fear caused by COVID-19 and the events of George Floyd, Regeneron aimed to establish its first Employee Resource Group (ERG).

Founding members of the Black ERG, including myself, led the design and strategy of a cultural turning point for Regeneron—collaborating with and presenting to executive leaders across the company.

Flexibility was my aim for the identity. Telling a story through adaptable visual elements that can create an emotion while also invoking a tone.

We have engaged over 4000+ employees—directly impacting Regeneron's culture, inspiring 9 more ERGs to be formed (also designed by me :)
